Required Skills: Role Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all phases of the construction project including coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are strictly followed and work proceeds on schedule and within budget
• Responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control and job site safety
• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure a timely project completion
• Communicate with project team regarding material submittals
• Confirm that subcontractors are fully executing and complying with contracted scope
• Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards
• Advise project team of conflicts in construction progress
• Ensure the jobsite if kept in a clean and organized manner
• Perform job progress schedule (two week look ahead) through project completion
• Maintain daily log of activities on the jobsite
• Demonstrate group presentation skills
• Identify work areas that are outside of subcontracted scope
• Opening and closing of jobsite each day
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions
• Preside a preconstruction meeting and weekly subcontractor coordination meetings with subcontractors
• Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years’ of verifiable construction experience through knowledge of trades
• Computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Outlook)
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as construction drawings, submittals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
Preferred Skills: Preferred Qualifications:
• Procore and CMiC experience is preferred but not required
• Experience delivering Corporate Workplace, Healthcare (hospital, lab, sterile environments, etc.) or Higher Education projects

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards
• This job requires frequent sitting, walking, standing bending, reaching and, often working on a computer. Due to computer usage, repetitive motions of the hands, fingers and wrists may occur
• He/she must be able to navigate the jobsite and is expected to be able to comply with all safety regulations in the office and on the job site
• Traveling to our other offices, clients and vendors is required
• During peak workload, more than 40 hours per week will be required, which may include night and weekend work
